Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

Profile and health information: details you provide in your profile such as age, sex, height, weight, activity level, dietary preferences, allergies, health conditions and medications (including GLP-1 use). Some information you provide, including health conditions, medications, allergies and dietary requirements, may constitute health information under Australian privacy law. This is used to personalise your meal plans and recipes.

Usage information: information about how you use the app, including recipes viewed, meal plans generated, food diary entries and shopping lists created.

Payment information: when you subscribe to NutriRx Premium, payment is processed securely by Stripe. NutriRx does not store your full payment card details.

Device information: standard technical information such as device type, operating system and app version, collected automatically to keep the app running smoothly.

• To create and personalise your meal plans, recipes and shopping lists.
• To operate, maintain and improve the app and its features.
• To process premium subscriptions and manage your account.
• To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
• To send important service notifications (such as security or account updates).

We do not sell your personal or health information. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: authorised service providers that help us operate the app (for example, Stripe for payments and cloud hosting providers), who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will notify you before your information is transferred.

Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel where required to operate and support the service. While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app settings, after which we will remove your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes. Some information may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements or meet regulatory obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal and health information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.

NutriRx is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The app does not use advertising cookies. We may use limited local storage and analytics to maintain and improve app performance. You can manage tracking preferences in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
